Return & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. At Gianna Bedding, we offer a flexible and fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With all original packaging, labels, and accessories

    • Free from stains, tears, or signs of usage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

  • Customized or clearance items may be excluded from returns (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).

  3. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Return Pick-Up

  • Once your return is approved, our logistics partner will coordinate a pick-up from your location.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging for a smooth return.


Refund Policy

We believe in a hassle-free refund experience. Refunds for returned products are made in cash only, aligning with our COD payment model.

Refund Method

  • All approved returns will be refunded in cash only.

  • No bank transfers or digital wallet refunds are available at this time.

Refund Timeline

  • After we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Cash refunds are issued either:

    • Directly at the time of product pick-up (if possible), or

    • Through a separate courier visit arranged for cash refund delivery

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will not be processed if the product is returned in used or damaged condition.

  • If the original delivery was refused after dispatch without a valid reason, a refund will not be applicable.
